      question about k-1 Visa

First, did you say that you two are already married? Also you have said" I have my "fiancee" in USA and I would like to join "him"? Were you trying to say my "fiance".Also, why was your H-1 B-1 revoked? Can you be more specific?

If you are, FIANCE (means engaged) then both of you is not married yet to each other. Then your US fiance can file K-1 visa.
If both of you are married to each other (means SPOUSE) then you are not fiance. Then your US spouse can follow IR/ CR or K-3 visa process. Keep the record of revoked H1B1 visa for future reference.

You are right but it was not just for fiance or fiancée but in general, for a person who married or not married yet to pursue IR/ CR or K-3 or K-1 visa process.
Please read next thread (k-1 requires fingerprints) where same person mentioned fiancé not fiancée. I am not here to define literal meanings of words but to help people who probably are in the same situation like me.
