    Just a quick question??

    My husband and I (he is a USC) applied the I-130, and we are still waiting for the reciept notice, My question is can we file I-485 with the I-130 reciept, or do we have to wait to find out if the I-130 is approved VS just a reciept notice??

    Are you in US or outside? If in US, then what is your (visa) status?

      Iam in the US entered legally but before getting married I was a L2 status

        You can file I-485 with the receipt notice for the I-130, you do not need to wait until it is approved.
