question on conditional greencard

I am from Ghana in west Africa but now in the US. I came here via K1 visa. Your site helped me through the process.Thanks.

I am married now to my wife who is an american. We have filed for the greencard and the work permit and are now waiting for the result. What I will like to know is during the time that I will be a conditional permanent resident, will it mean that I could be deported with the least mistake I make with my wife?/ Like we have an argument or something as happens in most marriages. Can she call them and cancel the greencard? And what are the so called "conditions" anyway?
Please help me with these questions.
And finally, what are the risks involved in having a joint account with my wife. I agreed to it because it will make our marriage appear real at the interview at the USCIS (it is real anyway).

1. She can get the process cancelled at any time until you are permanent green card holder.
2. That's fine to have joint account with wife.
