Filling out G 325 A Question

On some of the questions asked, there is not room in the space provided for instance to put the whole address so a + sign appears that when cliced shows the other info that was typed but does not fit.

When the form is printed that additional info soes not show! so, is this OK, as I am confused by this. Also, my Fiancee does not have a street or a number for an address, it is just an area. So do I write N/A or None where it askes for a dtreet and number

Print out the blank form and write required info by hand (black ink only).

Do you have building number or name? Then just write building number/ name of that area, city, state and country. Otherwise, how letter will deliver just based on city, state and country?
