K1 Visa - Travel after marriage and before adjustment of status

Is travel to Hawaii for the honeymoon permissible prior to filing the application for adjustment of status ?

yes. Hawaii is still part of the USA. Do not leave the US though.

Hawaii is 50th state of USA admitted to the Union on Aug. 21st, 1959.
You can travel within US on K-1 visa without problem. Enjoy your trip.
