does the K-3 visa for spouse to bring her/him in USA fastest?

Hi All,

does the K-3 visa for spouse to bring her/him in USA and then wait in the United States to complete the immigration process is faster than to apply the Immigrant Visa for him/her?
just want to know weather K-3 visa process is fastest then any other process to bring him/her here in USA. At least he/she could come to USA and then we could start the
immigration process while he/she wait here in USA.

Anyone, please give me your valuable advice.
