Filing K-1 Visa requires two G-325A forms, for petitioner and beneficiary. The form requires Signature of Applicant. Does the beneficiary must sign one of the forms or the petitioner sign both forms?

No. The Petitioner (US Citizen) signs one, and the Benefitiary (Alien) signs one.

Each must sign the one with their personal information in it.
