Hi,
I fell upon your web site while doing some research for friends of mine that are having a hard time obtaining the necessary documents for his new wife to stay in the country. I believe she is from Africa. She received a k-1 visa and I 94 they have married within the 90 day requirement....the problem is her paper work is now expired before she could complete it. Could you please help in directing us? I know they should file for an extension...please explain in detail...as I am not familiar with any of this. They are hoping to travel after the 1st of the year for missionary purposes. Any details you can give will help. Thanks!
