K1 Evidence question

I am working on the K1 petition for my fianceé. I have a question about the evidence of intention to marry.

My fianceé and I only met in person for 1 time. However, we decided to get married soon, so we went to a studio in Saigon to take wedding pictures to prepare for our marriage since it is inexpensive over there. Are wedding photos good proof for the intention to marry within 90 days? Should I submit a few photos along with my petition?

Are you legally married already? It appears to be the case. And you CAN NOT apply for a K1 visa if you are already married... you need a K-3 or IR1 visa.

Pictures of a wedding IS NOT evidence for a K1 visa. You are NOT supposed to have pictures, because you are not supposed to be married yet.

No, we are not married yet

Oh, they are not pictures at a wedding party. They are studio pictures with only 2 of us wearing groom's and bride's clothes. They are usually taken before a marriage.

Well, here in the US they are usually taken the day of your wedding. Not before. I would think it would be best to not show these as it can bring confusion. It sure confused me.

Either way, pictures of the two of you in wedding clothes prove nothing.
