marriage issue

I and my family (husband & kids) came to US a few years ago. And i follow asylum which in process by now.
And now i have problem with my marriage. My question is:
1. Can i divorce down here, and how to go about it?
2. What will happen with my asylum case? i am the one who has the asylum case.
3. What would happen with my kids ( they are all under 18 years old)?

Assylum cases are very complicated. Moreso, if it involves a divorce. You need to consult an attorney for this.
