I am divorced with my husband just after one week I applied for adjustement of status----I am here with a k3 visa and my visa already expired----What will the outcome of my case will be if I file out for I- 360(petiton for battered / abused spouse) --- it is been already more than 6 months since I applied for I-485. do u think it will make it worst or better-- and is it possible at all with this time difference?
My other question is My x- husband is planning to withdraw the application ----is it possible for him to do that---do I have a legal ground to appeal after this??

Your green card and adjustment of status is based on your marriage to an US citizen. If you divorced him, you no longer are eligible for a GC.

The form you talk about is to be used AFTER, you have received a GC. to remove the conditions on the GC. Plus you need lots of physical hard evidence.
