Entering US on B1/B2 with K-3 processing in progress

Hello

If my spouse files for K-3 visa, I understand it can take months before the process ends. is it possible to enter US on B1/B2 for short durations so that I can see her. I have every incentive to not overstay, and just stay back because of the high financial benefits of my job outside the US.

you can try but it will be very hard to convince the POE officer that you will not overstay/file for AOS.
