Hello, Please help!!!
(1) My fiancee case was send to Cambodia Embassy on Nov.30, 2007 from NVC. Now It is Jan 2008. Should I contact Embassy for status on my Packet 3 or wait ??
(2) Someone told me, I should filled out and send Form DS-230 part I and II, And check list which I-93, two photos to Cambodia embassy now. Don't wait until they send packet 3 to my Fiance in Cambodia????
(3) Form DS-156 to be fill online, DS-156K and DS-157, Do are these forms to be given at Time of Interview?? Not to mail with DS-230 form at first Time??
(4) My I-134 Support form which finished and in hand of my fiancee no in cambodia but didn't have My assets filled out, Just W-2 for three years and Letter from my employer. IS this enough information given in I-134 support?
