I129f wait times
hello,
I filed the I129 in late april and receive NOA I-797C in august 22,2007 and have not yet heard or receive any info since then . I check with USCIS processing time for Califronia it shows 6months processing time.And check with case status and shows it is still pending for someone in California Service center to look at it. Does anyone know what's up with the long wait? What should I Do? Should I go consult a lawyer to see if they can expedite my paperwork.
