Can I change my name during K3 application?

Hi,
I just got married but got so confused with the time and process to have my name changed that I kept it unchanged. Can I apply for name change while I'm applying for the K3 visa?

Should I wait for the green card to apply for name change?

Aside from filing a name change petition in your local county courthouse and announcing it thru your local legal publication, citizenship is the only time I know of when you are given an opportunity to change your name.
