Waiver for J1 and K3 visa

Hi!
I had a J1 visa years ago but haven't fulfilled the 2 years physical presence in my country. As a result I cannot work in US. I need a waiver. I recently married to an US citizen and will apply for K3 visa and change of status.

Should I apply for the waiver and K3+green card altogether to the same place?

the waiver and the k3 visa go to different places... you better apply for the waiver right away, because it is not only preventing you to work in the USA, is preventing you to LIVE in the USA, even if you are married to an US Citizen.
