Question about G325a: I am already a US citizen and applying for k1 visa for my fiance, will I fill in the Alien Registration number or will just write N/A in it? Also, it stated in my naturalization certificate that "Do not copy because it is unlawful to make a copy" how come they're asking for a Photocopy back to back of it? thank u

You fill one copy (4 pages) and she fills another g-325a (another 4 pages).
Every g-325a is 4 pages long, but if you fill it on the computer, when you fill out the 1st page, all other 3 pages are filled out automatically.Disclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. yeah I got that. everything's already done. I was reviewing everything before I sent it off. Basically I figured out that Box 1 and the last box are the same names.
I was thinking that the "applicant box" at the bottom was a way to link the
two people. What doesn't make sense is that I'm a citizen. there's no need for an alien #. I'm putting "none" there. She doesn't have one either so she gets a "none" as well.
forget it. I was thinking too much. THese are very simple forms.Last edited by pontiac231sc; 01-15-2008, 12:42 PM.
