K3?- Wife had to return home before filing

I was married in October and my wife went back to India in November before filing any paperwork. How will this affect our ability to file while she is still in India? Is this possible? Any advice is very appreciated.

Filing for a K3 visa means that she is NOT in the USA. She must be in her home country, so, it affects nothing.
