Approved Visa, Still need help

My Wife to be Visa got approved and she is here now. We are planning to get married right now. We want to do a court wedding and then later do a real wedding. I have questions what do I have to do to get a court wedding? all so has is her Passport No paperwork whatsoever. She claims they took all of her paperwork at the embassy and immig. Desk. I know it is not that easily just to go in front of a judge and be declared husband and wife. Can someone help me please? Thanks

A passport is all she will need. You need to check with your local probate judge office or court house.
