My fiancé was previously married and I am getting confused as what maiden name I should put there? Should I put her parent’s last name or her previous married name?
2: Form I -130 Line 21: Question is asking for the address where you lived together and From date and To date? My dilemma is that we are getting married on 28th which is when she will come to my place and will live together. I am filing this application the very next day of our marriage to expedite the processing time. We will be staying together for a month and then I will come back to the U.S.
