I just recently got married and i have file I-130 and I-129f for the k3 visa. i have questions about questions on the interview. We did a city hall marriage in ecuador and we plan to do the church wedding once our k3 visa is approved. Now she is virgin and i am not. We have not had sex because of religious beliefs. Will this hinder our process?

I doubt this would be mentioned. What "intimate" things you have done with your spouse is of no concern to the immigration officers and she does not have to answer such questions.Disclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. I was asked intimate question (in 2nd interview, though)
Just FYI, I was asked when was the last time spending intimate time together, by the officer in the 2nd interview (I think she asked straightly "When was the last time you and your husband had sex?" Well, I guess it was because she knew my husband and I don't live together...).
But the important point is that both husband and wife answer same thing. If one answer "today" and the other answer "we don't have sex due to our religion" there is a problem. Even just a misunderstanding of the purpose of question and ended up your answer is different from the one wife answers, it's a problem. Even just because question is unexpected one and you don't remember collectly and guessed the answer and that answer is different from what your wife answers, there is a problem too.
Those who are living together normally don't get doubted after 1st interview - our case was unusual - maybe there were other factor too, such as interracial marriage, 10 year old difference, this is 3rd marriage for my husband and this is my first etc...
So, my advice to anyone who apply for GC through marriage is "make sure to live together"...
