If I am filing for K3 Spouse Visa, do I have to submit the original marriage certificate or just a copy? Please advice. Instruction form is a little confusing.

Marriage took place in India. When you say certified, does it have to be notarized by a notary public? It has been duly signed by the officials in India and the copy I have is very clear and legible.Comment
