I am an American citizen and my wife is Albanian.I filed for the k-3 visa
and green card,after 8 month my wife had the interview at the embassy and she was told that under section (221)g,the case will be send to DHS.we think that the consular did not beleived in our marriage. Can u please help me telling how much time approximattely we have to wait
for an asnwer from the dhs.
I will really appreaciate as this waiting is very stressing for us
