I am seeking an attorney to help facilitate bringing my fiance here from overseas.I am currently shopping law firms on-line and have 3 criteria that I will base my decision on. First are fees, obviously a very important one with the varying prices I've encountered so far. Second is the credentials provided by the firm I choose to retain. Third is a guarantee of success the first petition. Although very important, I haven't found a site that doesn't guarantee success yet.
