K1 vs K3 visa

Thank for immihelp.com i learn a lot. i have some questions, cause i get married twice here in the philippines that my second marriage is not terminated yet, im still married when i have my second marriage. My second husband apply a k3 visa during my interview at us embassy it was denied cause they found out that i have a previous marriage that not yet terminated. As of now im already annuled to my first husband last dec.2006,Can we re-file a k1 catergory now? some friends advice that much better if we get married again is that possible? how many days we can re-apply for a visa?

Yes, you can apply for K1 visa. If you already get married, you can't go for K1 visa, but have to go for consular processing or K3 visa.

hi....did you know know how they found out about your previous marriage? was it after your fiance submitted the I-129F form or was it during your interview at the embassy? thanks
