I will be applying for a marriage visa and would like to know how long these usually take take to process (once I have filed form I-130 and also the nonimmigrant K-3 visa, using form I-129F).
Once my husband is approved, does he need to file an additional form or visit the U.S. Consulate within a specific amount of time.
Basically, if you could walk me through the timeline after the first visa application is filed, how long does everything take to process and either accept or reject & once it is accepted, how long is the waiting period if a number isn't available, in a typical scenario.
