Hi , I have a question...maybe you can help.
Can a person who is currently charged ( But Not convicted) with a felony and awaiting trial or charges to be dropped (waiting 5 years but any day now? ) qualify as a Petitioner for a K1 visa.
my second question is :
Do you think this person could qualify for a hardship with documentation and doctors letter.
this is the hardship:
above the knee amputee receiving social security disability after a neck injury ended work career and now how has Chronic pain and complications associated with both the neck injury and amputation He is also 68 % deaf bilaterally.
