need help on I-129F form

Please help.
Im getting ready to file I-129F form on husband should have recipt for I-130 form in few days, but on question #11 "HAVE YoU EVER FILED FOR THIS OR ANY OTHER ALIENC FICANCE'(E) OR HUSBAND / WIFE BEFORE"

Do I just mark No or mark yes and explain I file the I-130 form and give them recipt number for I-130 form?????
Please help confused.
