I am US citizen getting married to Indian citizen in India. What all forms do I need to file so that my spouse can migrate to U.S.? Can I file at US Embassy in India or do I have to file the forms in U.S.? I have heard the process will be faster if I stay back in India for 90 days I am not sure if this is valid. Also would I need a sponsor letter from another relative as I have lost my job 2months ago.? Thanks in advance.
