Changing Status from H4 to H1B.
Currnetly iam in H4.My husband is in H1B.
I have planned to take some Diploma courses through distance learning university.
i know that i can study with my H4 visa.
It might take another 6 months to obtain my diploma.
I just wanted to know, if iam planning to work after that , should i change my status from H4 to H1b or is there anyother type of visa that i have to change status?
then what type of visa is it and what are the steps to be taken?
please do help me with these..
