Recently my son came from UK. He was there for two years on work permit. A girl from USA meets him there and they fall in love now the girl is in USA and my son is in India. Girl lives in California and she is US citizen,
she born there. We are live in Gujarat, India. They both want to get marry now and settle down in US to start the family. My son wants to go there and get marry with her because she can't come as she just start new job and she will not get break to come to India. Would you please give guide about for which visa he has to apply? Which are the documents need and require for that visa and how the procedure take for that? Which evidences need to show at consulate for that visa? Would you please send application package for that visa by email attachment, it would be easy and fast to get that.
