Question about Form G-325A

I have been studying your site and using it to help me fill out my forms for the I-129F package. I have a question about Form G-325A. Beneath the section where I fill out my parents names, birth and residence there is a section that says ' Husband or Wife'. Now in this section am I supposed to put my fiancee's name and information? What about Date of Marriage and Place? Do I need to have a date and place set even though we have not decided on a date?

It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me out, Thank you!!

That form is used for both K1 (fiance) and K3 (wife).
