K1- Social security help

Hi there,

My wife just came to the us as a K1-visa holder ,I apply her social security too soon and her last name dont match with our marriage certificate ,what should I do? Should I use the Form G-845 or redo Form I-94 if so where do I go get an application for Form I-94.
