I-30 form pending for mother, need help.

Hi!

I have my I-30 form pending for my mother. I recieved the reciept in the first week of this month, feb. 2008 after having it filed on November 22, 2007. It looks like it's going to take lots of time and I really want to bring my mother here in the US and wait for I-30 to approve. Would please advise me how I can bring her here immediately while her I-30 petition is pending? thanks for your help

She can not come while her I-130 petition is pending. Not under a visitor visa that is, because that would require non-immigrant intent and she DOES intend to immigrate. I-130 approvals are taking less time nowadays, I advice you to wait, just like everyone else has to wait.

thank you for your help. it's been very helpful. since my income is depended on wages or salaries, i wonder if i'm making enough to sponsor my mom. my annual income is around 12000 or less. if it's not enough, can i ask help from my relative and friend for the sponsorship. i'm little nervous about it.
