Engaged but not married, seeking your advice

Hi!

I am visiting my fiance in couple of weeks from now in india, his family and friends and would perform a small family marriage there. We are planning to get married here in the US. I am a citizen and very busy with my works. We would like to be together as soon as possible. Can you suggest me a way in which we can unite here in the US as soon as we can?

if you marry in india and it is legally binding in india, then you file for a K3 visa.

if you wish to marry in the US, then file for a K1 visa.
