      Cincy,
The "Last Updated " means someone did something with petiton. but who knows what, everyday I look to see if updated, I need to stop looking.
I posted some proccessing dates, got them from another forum, I try to make sence of them, but gives me a idea of when processing should be.
      Keep in touch,
      Beth

Where do you see last updated? I filed for K3 in January (I-130 was filed in Oct,07) and noa1 within a week but I just want on-line to check USCIS site. I don't see updates within case status.

In order for you to see if your case was 'Last updated" yu have to go into USCIS website and ope a account, with your receipt numbers, then you can check Case Status to see if they have touched your petitions by seeing if "Last Updated" section has been modified.

Thank you, Bethy. Mine shows as last updated on 02/24/2008 for both 130 and 129F. Don't know what that means though.... I applied 130 sometime mid October and it took three months to get the noa1. Then in January end, I applied for K3. We will see what happens. Don't get me wrong. I am as anxious as you are but trying to stay calm because I will get frustrated if I keep checking too much. It already is.

              Is it too late?

So I had about three heartattacks in the last 24 hours after finding out about the I129F K3 form. I sent in the I130 and received a receipt notice already and since January (which is when I received my receipt number), I have been waiting around. Then today, I freaked out and called USCIS. Someone told me about the K3....if I wanted to get my spouse here quicker.
              1) Two and a half months has already passed since I received my receipt notice for the I130, is it even worth sending the K3 now? Or, is it too late? 2) Does it reallt hurt if I send it in anyways and then wait for whichever one comes first? Do I have the choice to choose if one gets approved before the other? What do you guys think?
              3) And, since I already mailed a fee with the I130, do I need a fee with the I129F?
              4) And finally, what do I need to send with the I129F? Is it just the application and a copy of my receipt notice for I130....or do I need all that other stuff (marriage certificate, biographical info, pictures, etc.) all over again? Please help me out. I know I have a lot of questions but the answers would be greatly appreciated before I experience my 4th heartattack.

OHHHHHH and another question, like four big ones weren't enough - what does it mean to have your applications "touched"? You all used this term yet I don't know where you got it from or where you saw that? I keep checking my status online and nothing seems to have change - case still pending.

Here is how everything is going with me:
              I130 sent - October 6, 2007
              I130 received in Vermont - October 9, 2007
              I130 receipt notice sent - January 10, 2008

NOTHING EVER SINCE!!!!!! Is this normal?

                Selin08,

Hi there, wow!! and I thought I was the leader of the pack with heart attacks, ha ha

I cant answer you on if you should send I-129F but if you do, "NO "you dont have to pay the filing fee, put a fopy of your I-130 receipt with your petition. As for documents to file along with I-129 F I put everything as in my i-130 I wanted to give them enough reading material again. Dont forget the bio-graphical forms, marriage cert, proof of relationship, etc.
Best way to read up on the information for the I-129F go to USCIS website, and pull down instrctions on how to fill out teh I-129F petition. Look under the "form" section its all there.

"Touched" means someone "USCIS" has entered your case in the system, and done something with it, but who knows what they did to it, do not worry, its normal, at least your petition got "touched" and that is a good thing!!! Not many are being "touched" lately.

I hope I answered some of your questions, best of luck!!!
                Beth
