hi my fiance USC had filed for our K1 in october and in january she Received a letter from the USCIS stating that they need more evidence, so she has mailed them telephone records of us being in touch since last 2 years,emails and letters, she has also sent our pictures which were taken prior of 2 years since i was leaving in states for 3 years, my question is
1) are this proof good enough
2) do we have to wait for another 6 months for them to review it or would it be a bit faster,
3) about the pictures we havent seen each other for last 2 years but last time i was with her it was 2 months prior to the requested date therefore she filed for k1 on oct 2007 and i was with her uptill aug 2005 so we are missing the time line by just 2 months but i was with her from 2002-2005 and our pictures proof that so does my record with the INS so how bad is the situation is in our case,
