My K3 progress

Hello Everybody,
From the advice of a friend, I thought I would start listing my process on a K3 visa for my husband, I sent the I-130 petition to a Chicago lock box on Jan. 24th, 2008 and received the receipt Feb. 23rd 2008

On Feb. 26th 2008 I sent the I-129F via DHL to Vermont and received that receipt March 01, 2008 now we are just waiting for ither a approval, a denial, or a request for further information.
I'm a American born here in USA, my husband from Algeria, whom is currently living in Paris, France working and attending classes at Sergi University.

If you are filing an I-129F petition for your spouse, mail your petition to the Service Center where the underlying I-130 petition is currently pending. Use the address listedon your most recent receipt notice or transfer notice andinclude a copy of that notice with your Form I-129F.

Hello Amir,
Yes, I did, the receipt showed Vermont, so off to Vermont it went. And when I check the USCIS website, it shows that my I-130 was forward to Vermont also.
