  • travel for work & address, please help

I am a U.S. citizen and I would like to begin paperwork for a K1 visa for my Ukrainian fiance. I am having some difficulty deciding what to do about the address request. My fiance works in Russia for three months and then returns to Ukraine before the 90 day mark. In this way, he can work in Russia and does not need a stamp in his passport. This is all legal, he has work documents and went through all the required medical exams for Russia.

How can I explain this on my petition and other documents? He doesn't even rent an apartment in Russia. I know the rule is 'if they have lived more than 6 months in another country' but is it 6 consecutive months? How can I obtain a police certificate from Russia if he does not live their in the eyes of their government? Has anyone had a similar experience with this? Thanks

It is a consecutive 6 months thing. So there is no need to put Russia there. And as for address request, it will have to be where she lives in Ukraine.
