Please share your thoughts/experiences as to why my case has not been processed. It is a very simple and straight forward case with LOTS of evidence submitted through an immigration attorney. I have also not received any requests for additional information. Also, how are cases being processed with receipt dates in September 2007 if the case status online system indicates processing dates of July 26, 2007 for I-130 applications? Can I do anything to expedite processing? Should I be worried about them misplacing or losing my case? I am really gettting anxious and worried.
