  • working for canadian company?

If and when my husbands K-3 is approved and he is able to come to the US, would it be ok for him to continue to work for his Canadian company? They have agreed to let him work from home (in the US) and they will keep him on payroll in Canada...is this possible?

    Of course ...

... as long as he declares his foreign income while filing taxes in United States.

    Good luck.

        Affidavit

I have a few questions about the affidavit of support for the K-3.
One, if my husband works for his Canadian company (previous question), can he fill out an affidavit?
Two, if he cannot, then if my parents sponsor him (I do not make enough money as I have been traveling the past two years and only worked a few days) do they have to include my sister's children who stay with them 3-4 days out of the week (my sister lives there temporarily)?
Three, if my sister is planning on moving out in June, then do they have to include her and her children at all?

        Thank you in advance!

            Forms

            Thanks for your previous answer...

What form will my husband need to fill out for suppoting himself?
Will I need to fill one out if I dont meet the poverty guidelines, or have had a job less than six months?
