Hello,

My fiancé is an American citizen. I want to know how long do u think my case might take following are the things I did when I lived in the USA

I had a c1/d visa I jumped ship. I applied under the CSS law which I was not qualified for and then I got a work permit social security card and advanced parole and then my case got rejected.

Now i am a resident of NZ and my fiancé is living with me. If I get married to her hear do u think my case will be stronger?

What is the best way for me to get to the USA again.
