Processing times according to Received or Notice date?

Hi,
I had sent form I-130 on sept 17th 2007 and got the receipt in january 2008, and i had send form I-129F and got the receipt after 2 weeks. And these are the questions. Please help

1. Does USCIS process the applications according to the received date or the notice date?
2. Does USCIS process I-130 or I-129F first?
3. Do we get any more letters from USCIS like, the application is accepted or processing?

The application is at Vermont Service center.

Please Help.

1. Received Date. However, I myself have some confusion on this issue. I filed my I-130 and the NOA1 shows receipt date of 8/24/07, Notice Date of 10/2/07. But the online case status system says, "On October 2, 2007, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case." What does your case online system say?

2. Nowadays, USCIS is processing I-130 and I-129F at the same time.

3. After the I-797 Receipt Notice (NOA1), you'll get another notice of approval, or if required, a notice for request of evidence.

Thank you Cincy, I got an email today that they had approved I-130, What's going to happen to I-129F? Are they going to process that too? How long does it takes to get the visa after I-130 is approved. Please help
