Hello again all,
Any January filers for K3 with any good news?? I understand VSC is processing faster then ever.
My time line:
Sent I-130 to Chicago
Received N.O.A. 02/23/08
Sent I-129F to VSC 02-25-08
Received N.O.A. 03/01/08
I-129F "Touched" 03/19/08
Lets here from January Filers please.

Hi Beth,

I'm a January filer, but I'm a K-1 filer. As of yet, not even a touch from those lovely people at the CSC. However, I'm sure they're like busy little beavers just chipping away at that enormous pile of petitions. Oh and of course they're processing them in the correct order. So I figure my approval will come at the end of May.

Let's all just keep our fingers crossed, pray daily, and remain busy to keep from going insane.


My timeline:
1/12/08: Mailed k-1 to CSC
1/22/08: NOA1
