Quick question about CASE STATUS ONLINE FOR I130
On my 1-797C, Notice of action it says:
Received date: October 09, 2007
Notice Date: January 10, 2008
However, when I do case status online and I type in my receipt number it says "Your application was received on January 10, 2008." Isn't that a mistake? My receipt notice says it was RECEIVED IN OCTOBER BUT THE NOTICE WAS SENT IN JANUARY. Please let me know how it looks on yours.
And also - if this is correct - should I be looked at processing dates for my received date on the NOA or my received date on my case status online?
