processing time after k1-visa interview?

hello everybody !!
i am german citizen resident in italy.my interview was schedules on april 18th.i am applying for the k1 fiancee visa ....me and my fiancee planed on having our religious cerimony in italy(with all my family and friends) on june 1st and leave for the US on june 3rd !will i have my visa by that time in case i get approved ???after the interview?!
or better how long does it takes untill i receive the visa on my passport?

From what I read on another site, Yes ,Visa is issued the same day. You may also want to check U.S. Embassys website in Italy.
