Good morning,
I am urgently requiring assistance in obtaining a USA K-3 Visa to enter the USA. I am a South African citizen and will be marrying my finance on the 12 April in Cape Town. He is a USA citizen and we want to return to the USA together as soon as possible after we are married. The thought of being separated for months after we are married in order for me to get my VIsa just kills me.
I read on your website about the K-3 Visa where one can join your spouse in the USA while waiting for your application to be approved. Could you please advise me as to how to go about applying for this, are you able to give me advice as to how to do this as soon as possible so that I can return with him. Do you have offices in Cape Town that I can visit in order to assist me with the application. I am desperate to get to go back with him, please help .
