hi, can any one advice me on the current time structure for an appeal to be heard our k1 petition has been denied and we would like to appeal for it, i would like to know how long is it taking nowadays, any help would be appriciated

As I then told you, meeting within 24 months prior to filing was a legal requirement.

Now, you decide if you want to still go with fiance(e) or spouse. In either case, you will have to re-visit her before starting over with a new petition. Carefully read instructions for both I-129F and I-130 before deciding which to go with.

thanks for the reply , we are deciding to get marry by august in that case which one of this options would be appropiate

ish, get her to find out what the requirements for the foreign groom - local bride in her country are, and start preparing for those documents from now to take along, and take a long an I-130 and a few G325A with instructions as well. Good luck.
