hi, Amir thought that i ask your view in my situation

1) visited US legally on visit visa in 2000 on a 5 year multiple entry visa exited in less thn 15 days went to canada
2) entered back in 2001 thinking that i had a valid visa for 5 years and on the same day as i had entered i was held and took volunatray deportation in less then 1 month i had gone back
3) was asked to go to the embassy, got stamped on my previous visa stating cancelled without authorization
4) after 3 months got advanced parolled
5) on arrival in states got EOD, SS# DRIVING LICENCE
6) worked and stayed for 3 years legally with my then girlfriend (now fiance) paid all my taxes and came back
7) now after 3 year being here deciding to go back and settle but this time on k3 visa after getting married

my question is that although i have not over stayed my visa caz i was out of states adn went to canada in less thn 15 days and the day i came back to states was after a year on the same day i was held up and took voulntary departure the fact tht after all this i was able to get the parolled and then staying in states for 3 years legally would i have any problem in passing my interview at the embassy for the k3 visa

ok to start with i am in dubai(u.a.e) i have been here for last 3 years now since i left states in reagrds to wht happened in # 2 was that on my way back i was stopped at the airport in states caz they had no records of me being exited on time and i explained the ins officer the whole detail so he told me tht i need to go back to dubai and then whn i got back to dubai to the embassy and explained them wht had happened i got stamped on my previous visa stating cancelled without authorization now that i am still in dubai my fiance USC will be coming here and we would be getting married, after tht she be going abck to apply for k3 now my question is will i be considered as overstayed on previous visa and how big of trouble will this be on my interview, i really appriciate your help on this

were do i fall

Thanks for the info Amir, can you pelase clarify to me as were do i fall since the incident whihc had hapened was 6 years ago and if we count the days from which i was allowed to stay in states (late aug) till the day whn i was found to be out of status (early feb) what kind of ban am i looking for
