Urgent!!! please helpWhich form to submit I-864 or I-134 for K3
My wife's interview is scheduled for May 5th. 2008 in Chennai Inida and we have not received any documents as to what we need to do. I contacted the Chennai Consulate and they emailed me back saying they mailed a packet 4 which is still not received. From their website I downloaded the necessary documents and we are getting the proper info such as PCC, Medical, and we already have the other required documents.
I dont know which form to submit and where for Affidavit of support.
I-864 or I-134 and where do I send it NVC or Chennai Consulate?
The other questions is what fees are required?
